I hope you all have a Merry Christmas this year. I am headed up north to be with my family for the next two days so I won’t be around until probably Monday. So boys, I joined the gym last week and today was my first day. It’s been about three years since I did any sort of regimented workouts so it really felt good to get back in there and work my butt.
