Your own BBW Website

This is a question asked time and time again by ambitious women who stumble upon my website and those websites of many of my friends on the net today. What I see time and time again is girls who think they are going to rise to fame and fortune in a matter of no time and no effort on their part. There are many women who came before you in this business and one thing they all have to say that is in common is that it takes MONEY, HARD WORK AND DEDICATION.

It’s been said time and time again, if you don’t want to put in a great effort into taking bbw pornand producing a quality product don’t expect to make any money at this. Why is it that many of the newbies seem to not take the advice they ask for seriously??? The amateur porn business has changed drastically in the last 6 years, and the BBW niche is no exception. There are many webmasters who are recognizing this untapped resource and are out there making QUALITY photo and video content and killer paysites to sell to anxious BBW fans. So many BBW models these days have pricey photography and lighting equipment, higher end budgets for clothing and sets, photoshopping skills, web design, promotion and marketing skills and can often be husband and wife teams. Even those who work alone, they put in tremendous effort to find a variety of locations and people who can lend them a hand in shooting their own content. If you don’t possess any of the above then you better be prepared to shell out your hard earned cash to obtain these things or venture into a profit split with people who already have the skills you don’t.

So… by now if this has not deterred you then let’s start talking a little bit about what it takes. First you have to create a fan base. You should find some free public places like message forums and social networking communities that allow you to post provocative photos of yourself and test the waters out before investing capital. Now that you have started to dip your toe into the water and maybe it feels kind of nice start paying attention to exactly what it is that YOUR FANS like about you. They may like your overall bigness or they might like specific body parts. Learn to accentuate that! Hey maybe you are the kind of gal who likes to eat and gain weight, well then focus on that. You have to focus on something. That’s what is called your “niche”. FIND IT, it is one of the most important marketing keys you will have and if you don’t figure it out you will flounder and waste valuable time, energy, and money.

Your start up budget if I could guesstimate and take into consideration that you want to do this right would be somewhere between $3000-$5000. This is going on the assumption that you want to produce a quality product. If you don’t want to produce quality, then sure you can get started for a lot less but you will find yourself having pangs of envy very quickly when you see other people leaving you in the dust. Let’s say that you have a set amount of money, say $1000 I would recommend getting the best camera(preferably one that will have a wireless remote and video capability and high Megapixels) you can get your hands on and an affordable lighting kit. Everything else from there is workable. Use your already existing wardrobe, take photos in various locations in your home, and make sure they are as neat and clean as possible. As long as you have good equipment to get you started, as you earn a profit you can invest some of that into some more clothing or other equipment to better yourself and ultimately better your sales.

If you don’t have the money to have someone design your website you can consider the option of joining a paysite network like BigButtBeauties.com and have the website built for you by someone who is willing to be your webmaster with a profit split, have the billing all handled for you and all the other hard technical stuff and all you have to do is shoot content and promote yourself. If you are going to start shopping yourself around to many different webmasters realize that not all of them will be willing to work with you if you plan on spreading yourself thin and starting up with many different amateur networks. They will usually ask that you remain exclusive to them for a set amount of time, anywhere from 6 months to a year and in all serious that is only fair since they are investing their time in you. All will have contracts stating their terms and conditions before you sign up with anyone. Your look should be polished, or as polished as you can be because you want to show them that you are someone that they can sell and someone that the FA’s are going to want to see. I mean there is a market for everything but not everyone is necessarily going to be a good fit with the webmaster/s of their choice. Think of it as a job interview and put your best foot forward.

Finally… There is a lot I am leaving out but I’m really trying to give you an honest idea of what you are getting into by venturing into the adult world of BBW websites. Remember that once you put graphic photos of yourself out on the net, you cannot get them back. Make sure this is something that is not going to negatively impact you 4-5 months down the road and you come running back screaming that everyone needs to pull down all of your content because a co-worker or family member discovered your paysite. This is the risk you run when you put yourself out there like this on the internet. People are savvy surfers these days and the likelihood that someone you know will come across your photos or videos of yourself is very probable. If you are still determined, and you are interested in having a website built and run for you while YOU collaborate on building your fan-base then you can contact me with any other questions you might have.
